6 Children's Privacy
iLearnSTEM is designed for high school students in Grades 9–12. You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account, and we verify your date of birth at sign-up to enforce this. Children under 13 cannot register on their own — a parent or guardian must set up and manage the account.
In keeping with COPPA (United States) and PIPEDA (Canada), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental involvement. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
7 Payment & Subscription Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We store your subscription status, plan type, and billing period on our servers, but we do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe may collect additional information as described in their privacy policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page.
